Susanna Lindberg is a specialist of German Idealism and contemporary continental philosophy. Having worked as a professor of philosophy at the University of Tampere, Finland, she is presently an associated researcher at the Université Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense. She is the author of several books, the most recent of which, Le monde défait. L'être au monde aujourd'hui, is forthcoming at Hermann in 2016. She has also published a lot of articles especially on philosophy of nature, animality, and technique, as well as translations of Jean-Luc Nancy, Jacques Derrida and Maurice Blanchot into Finnish.
